At the beginning of their farming journey, Tim and Kristy were inspired to farm as naturally as possible with permaculture and biodynamic practices in order to have peace of mind about the food their family eats. That passion for the highest quality products led them to create a line of beverages as a way to share the goodness our team has created.

Meet Kalea, the developer and general manager behind Sun Jun! From developing flavors to overseeing brewing and daily operations, she helps bring Sun Jun to life. Outside of work, you’ll find her surfing, hitting the gym, or exploring all things health and nutrition, a passion that inspires her work and love for sharing Sun Jun with the community.

Our ambitions are high and each new opportunity brings interesting challenges and possibilities. Ken approaches each with an open mind and a “how could we” attitude—making difficult things happen. What is Sun Jun™, and how is it different from regular kombucha?
Sun Jun kombucha is a unique, mystical, living probiotic elixir which is made with honey and green tea. This originated in Tibet and is different from kombucha, which uses refined sugar and black tea. Lord Acres Sun Jun™ is crafted with premium glacier water, organic green tea, raw honey from the PNW, amazing fruit ingredients, and is designed to support gut health with live probiotics. It’s also BeyondOrganic™️ so it’s free from chemicals, GMOs,  refined sugars, and other bad stuff.
Are your beverages vegan?
Yes, all Lord Acres beverages, including our Sun Jun™️ are BeyondOrganic™️ and vegan—aside from raw honey which is considered by some to be animal-based. We’re good with that. We use only the finest natural ingredients to ensure the highest quality and purity.
What is BeyondOrganic™?
Lot's of things are called "organic" and are still sprayed with chemicals. On our farm, we don't apply any chemicals or synthetic sprays. We just use nature's remedies. It's different from "organic" so we call it BeyondOrganic™️ —free from chemicals, GMOs,  refined sugars, and other bad stuff.
Where do you source your ingredients from?
Our ingredients are inspired by the purity of the Pacific Northwest. We grow most of our own ingredients and procure others from the highest quality sources possible. We use glacial water sourced directly from mountain glaciers, combined with the finest organic teas, fruits, and botanicals to craft our beverages.
What is Premium Glacial Mountain Water?
Premium Glacial Mountain Water is naturally structured and slightly alkaline—sourced directly from the glaciers of the Pacific Northwest. It’s pH balanced and bottled at the source to preserve its crisp, pure taste.
